Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All custom-made and personalised orders are carefully created to order and can take approximately 5–10 working days to complete before dispatch.

Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery Options

Once your order has been completed and is ready to leave us, it will be shipped using one of the following tracked services:

• DPD Next Day Delivery
• Royal Mail Tracked 24

You will be able to choose your preferred delivery option at checkout. For custom footwear or higher-value items, we strongly recommend selecting DPD as your courier option.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a next working day delivery aim rather than a guaranteed next-day service.  

Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

For tracking updates, please refer back to your dispatch email, as your tracking code will be included there.

Order Updates

If you require an update on a custom or personalised order, please allow a minimum of 7 days from the date of purchase before contacting us, as your order may still be within its production timeframe.
