Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Little Wish Co., many of our products are personalised, bespoke, or custom made especially for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind on personalised or custom-made items once an order has been placed. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.  

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been:

• Personalised, customised, or made to order
• Worn, used, or altered
• Returned without their original packaging, where applicable

This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. Where cancellation rights apply to eligible non-personalised online purchases, those rights remain subject to UK consumer law.  

Faulty or Damaged Items

All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure they leave us in excellent condition.

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs or video evidence showing the issue
• Photographs of the outer packaging where relevant

We may also request that the item is returned to us so that we can inspect the reported fault or damage before confirming the appropriate resolution. Customers may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement where goods are faulty or not as described.  

Delivery Damage

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, raise a claim with the courier.

Please provide photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging so we can assess the matter properly. As the retailer, we remain responsible for resolving genuine delivery damage issues with the customer.
